(RES) Turtles problems?

so I had 3 water turtles RES but I left them for 2 month coz I went to another country and now I got New turtles one is big and 2 of them are babies and I have them in a kids pool but I feel like they can’t swim lol when they wanna breath they go to the sides of the pool and like try to pull to stick their heads out even the big one they don’t wanna swim the keep hiding they don’t have a heater and they don’t eat and they are scared of me are they gona drown??? what is wrong with the please help me 10 points

keep calm.. first put them into a tank containing less water, not to cover their shell but enough for them to drink, since they are babies… let them stay alone by themselves and adapt to the environment first. they will recognise you when you finally feed them, that’s their favourite part i bet
